To the extent that an ISP engages in activity that violates any other violation type applicable in particular to ISPs, an ISP should document their engagement in such practices.

For example, if an ISP engages in application-specific throttling, thereby committing NATHROTTLE, this should be documented. Failure to do so constitutes NUNDOC.

This violation type is noted as it is a noteworthy augmentation of an instance of violativity. In particular, this violation may constitute a violation of applicable trade law or ISP regulations. For example, in the US, the FCC requires that ISPs document any network management they perform.
