Possible imposition of restrictive code signing practices for firmware on third party hardware developers

Status: Current — The violation is standing.

There is limited evidence to suggest that Microsoft may be pushing third-party hardware developers (such as GPU makers) to implement restrictive code signing practices for their firmware as part of their Secure Boot guidelines.
