NCENSOR Violation

Blocks websites which engage in phishing under the Comcast brand, with collateral damage

Status: Current — The violation is standing.

Comcast blocks archive.org due to their hosting of a Comcast phishing page. Comcast appears to have a policy of blocking access to websites which phish using the Comcast brand. This constitutes a form of censorship and a violation of the packet carriage remit of an ISP.
